Healthcare company says it has 'zero bank debt' on its books

The board of Response Plus Holding, the UAE-based onsite medical service provider, has decided to pay an interim dividend of 50 million UAE dirhams ($13.6 million), or 0.25 fils per share, following the approval by shareholders of a new Articles of Association on November 21, 2022.

The healthcare company, which was recently listed on Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange's Second Market, said that over the last two years it has achieved 'sound financial results, with zero bank debt in the books”.

“The company also maintained good net current asset and liquidity ratio,' it added.
