Sunset Hospitality Group ventures into the wellness industry

Sunset Hospitality Group (SHG) announces the addition of Raise Fitness & Wellness to its growing portfolio of experiences, marking the group’s entry into the world of wellness and fitness.

Raise Fitness & Wellness is a new concept, developed to be inclusive and aims to provide comfort, positivity and guidance to health and fitness for everyone.

The new boutique lifestyle gym and wellness brand will open its first venue in Dubai Jumeirah Islands in April, with two other venues opening in Bodrum and Doha later this year.

We all want to remain healthy and active and our programs at RAISE will guide individuals and groups in their pursuit of wellness. In Dubai, Raise fitness and wellness will be a great addition to the offering of residents of Jumeirah Islands and its neighboring communities including Jumeirah Park, Meadows, Springs and Jumeirah Village Triangle. Available for day pass, monthly or year-long memberships, members will benefit from the latest exercise tools and state-of-the-art equipment and tracking technology from Technogym.

The gym and wellness facility will have multiple training zones – The Studio, HIIT, X-Trim as well as Cardio and Weights. The Studio will be used daily for groups and virtual classes such as Group Cycle or Reformer Pilates and ad hoc sports events for the community while the HIIT zone will accommodate functional training classes, PT sessions and be the area for those looking to do floor exercises as part of their routine. The X-Trim area is located outdoors with a rig, a sled track, free weights equipment and rowers for cross-training style workout.

Members can grab something at Raise The Bar where simple and quick bites, fresh juices and power shakes will be available for pre-and post-workout.
